Sejak my frenz post beraneka jamuan pat blog dorang, i terbuka hati pulak utk mencuba. Tambahan pulak si j n q syorkan website resepi2, huh.... u definitely cannot resists but to try your favourites. So my pick for today is caramel, the simplest one i can choose ..... Everything goes pretty well except doing the sugar mixture. According to the recipe, i have to stir it until dark brown.... so i have to stir n stir. Seeing the texture thick n brown, i quickly off the fire. Oooo MY GOD, the caramel is hardened b4 i could set in the souffle dish!! Its burnt!! Tried to reboil the caramel is also pointless so i have repeat the procedure again. Half way doing it, the gas gives way, STRESS!! Ni betul2 menduga kesabaran chek......macam nak give up jer!! But the eggs n the milk have been whisked n even d oven has been preheated. Hendak tak nak, terpaksalah i call apek gas. Juz imagine that simple recipe take me about 4 hrs to do ..... n the result is not known yet.Silll waiting for boss n kids to give d ratings.....hmmmm
